1. Digital Products & Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to course materials, all course purchases are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once access has been granted.
We encourage you to review course details carefully before making a purchase.
2. Webinars & Masterclasses
Registrations for webinars, masterclasses, and online events are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a live session, access to recordings may be provided where applicable.
3. Coaching & Consultation Sessions
For one-on-one coaching or consultation sessions:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Only one rescheduling request may be permitted, subject to availability.
- Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical errors resulting in multiple charges
- Failure to provide access due to system-related issues
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Program Changes or Cancellation by Us
If a course, webinar, coaching session, or program is cancelled by Dr. Rama Vijay, participants may be offered:
- An alternative session date
- Credit toward another program
- A full refund, where applicable
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
